Applause! Membership Program

The Performing Arts Center does not receive funding in support of our season events from the state university system. All of our operating funds come from ticket sales, corporate sponsorships, donations, and Applause! memberships.

Join our growing list of Applause! members and receive a semi-anual newsletter containing valuable coupons for Performing Arts Center events as well as updates on what is happening at the Center, and how to get involved. As a member, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to sustain culture and the arts in East Hawaiʻi, and we will also make you a “star” by listing your name in each event’s program as a proud member of Applause!. At certain levels of membership, you will also receive the benefits listed below.

Inside the Performing Arts Center

The UH Hilo Performing Arts Center issues a semi-annual newsletter, designed primarily for our Applause! Members, containing information about upcoming events, and matters of interest about our programming, educational outreach activities, and information about our students' endeavors. We have also been known to feature articles about our Advisory Committee members and Sponsors.
